Aerodynamics System Member
Improved the undertray-diffuser performance by gaining extra 53.6% downforce in different speed apexes by constructing CAD model iterations of undertray-diffuser (My design got selected from a pool of 15 models and was installed in the FSAE Lincoln and Michigan racecar)
Composite System Member
Led 2 first-year students on material testing for new carbon fiber in dumbbell sample and plate sample with different pattern, collected the data and compared with the MATLAB calculated maximum loading of wing elements in highspeed corner
20+ Hours Manufacturing Marathon
Worked on carbon fiber quasi-isotropic layups, operated and monitored the autoclave for vacuum bagging curing process
